Once again my material has been linked without permission to a blog I will not name. This practice is rude and unethical, and while there are no tools available to stop it, I wish to strongly condemn it. I therefore am putting this notice up more prominently at the top of the sidebar for anyone who may come here and think they can do whatever they want with my copyrighted material.
I DO NOT ALLOW LINKING, REBLOGGING OR REPOSTING OF MY WORK WITHOUT MY WRITTEN PERMISSION. ALL ORIGINAL MATERIAL ON THIS SITE IS UNDER MY EXCLUSIVE COPYRIGHT, WITH ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. PLEASE DO NOT LINK, REBLOG OR REPOST MY MATERIAL WITHOUT ASKING.

I suppose it could be viewed as a compliment, but it is super annoying and I'm sorry you've had to deal with it. Hope it doesn't distract too much from doing your ongoing work. k.ReplyDelete
I'm sorry this is happening to you again. I know how upsetting it is to you. Rommy and I were just discussing this yesterday. It is so difficult to keep oneself from screaming, when people fail to follow simple instructions... We would never walk into a house uninvited (at least most of us wouldn't), so why does anyone feel that it is right to walk into someone's virtual space and take what isn't theirs. I hope they listen this time.ReplyDelete
*sending you gentle, soothing hugs*
Thanks ladies. It really is annoying. This was a new thief, a Christian blog of all things. Makes you wonder if the guy doing it actually realized what the One-legged Pilot really is--or even read it. ;_) Anyway, this blog will be dead for awhile till I check back and see if he has removed the link as requested. Till then I will be posting from my anonymous blog--to which for obvious reasons, I will not leave a link, but email me or message me on facebook if you want to find it.ReplyDelete
As you know, I've been there and I HATE it. I'm sorry this has happened again. What are people thinking? Original writing or art is not some lol meme. It's our own heart and soul.ReplyDelete
Oh my goodness, I am so sorry, Joy. People are truly unbelievable. Please do email me your link....I upgraded my system and have lost some of my email addresses.ReplyDelete
There is no control over the internet. It is the worst drawback of publishing work online, with no checks and balances. I hope this particular case is resolved to your satisfaction.ReplyDelete
Sorry you've had so much online grief, Hedge, hope we'll see you around the Pond again eventually. Sure miss seeing you.ReplyDelete
Thanks, B. Miss being here but can't be helped atm.Delete
